I am always inspired by other people’s stories, and especially stories about love.
I recently came across a photo session of a couple that has been married for 68 years. (watch the video below)
How amazing is 68 years of marriage!!! Their granddaughter booked them a session to celebrate their 68th anniversary.
This looked so awesome that I thought to create a give away for one couple that has been married for more than 40 years.
I really believe we must celebrate each other more and especially those that went through so much in life already.
If you have a grandmother and grandfather (or mother and father) who have been married for more than 40 years and who would love this, why not celebrate them and enter this give away?
The winning couple will receive a full photo session by me, capturing them doing what they normally do in a day. I will write a blog post about their love story and photos, they will receive all the photos from their session in a photo album, printed photos from their session and one framed picture.
How to enter:
- Write a comment on THIS blog post about your grandmother and grandfather (or mother and father) and how long they’ve been married.
- Share this blog post on facebook. (use the share button below, or copy and paste the url into facebook)
This give away ends 28 July 2017.
And here’s the happy video, enjoy!
My ouma en oupa sal in Desember 61 jaar getroud wees. Oupa is 91 en ouma is 81 en hulle reis nogsteeds die wereld vol. Those who love deeply never grow old, they may die of old age, but they die young.’ Benjamin Franklin
Sjoe Mia, hierdie is verskriklik mooi! BAIE dankie vir jou comment! Jou ouma en oupa klink na awesome mense!!!
My mom and dad have been married for 46 years. Met on a blind date..never looked back I guess you could say. They are the best parents anyone could ever ask for.
Manuela, thank you for your comment. What a sweet story, sjoe!
